In India, Travstore stands out as a travel distribution and marketing company with its brand and platform, Travb2b, bringing the best of popular destinations like Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Bali, Singapore, Malaysia, UAE, and Turkey to a network of over 10,000 in the Indian Subcontinent and Middle East region.

Sudhir Upadhyay

Founder & CEO

Sudhir Upadhyay, our Founder & CEO, leads Travstore with a rich tapestry of experience across e-commerce, finance, and marketing that spans industries. His visionary leadership has been the guiding force behind Travstore's transformation over the past decade, steering the company successfully through the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Sudhir plays a multifaceted role, spearheading Travstore's product development, marketing strategies, and e-commerce initiatives. His influence extends across both India and Thailand, where he guides Travstore's operations. Additionally, Sudhir serves as an Advisor and Director on the boards of companies within the Financial Services and Tourism sectors across Thailand, India, and Vietnam. Prior to his journey with Travstore, Sudhir held senior positions with esteemed global brands such as HSBC Bank, AIG Group, and Kotak Mahindra Bank.

Kitsana Pulikka

Co-Founder & Thailand Head

Co-Founder & Country Head, Thailand, Kitsana Pulikkal brings over 25 years of invaluable experience garnered from prominent hospitality brands across Thailand, UAE, and Vietnam. Her impressive background includes serving as the Cluster Director of Sales for the esteemed Banyan Tree Group in Thailand and overseeing sales functions at Millennium Hotels and Lagoona Resort.

Kitsana holds the reins of Travstore's business in Thailand, where she assumes responsibility for overall operations, including contracting, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), FIT (Free Independent Traveler) Operations, and the development of tour products. Kitsana's mission is to establish Travstore as Thailand's preeminent destination management company.

Rajesh Vadia

Co-Founder & India Head

Co-Founder & Country Head, India, Rajesh Vadia, brings a formidable background in Finance and Control to the forefront, having played a pivotal role in shaping Travstore's operational processes and fostering financial discipline. Subsequently, Rajesh excelled in the role of Business Development, where he is credited with fortifying Travstore's relationships with leading travel agents across India. With nearly three decades of professional experience, Rajesh's expertise spans Operations Management, Finance, and Business Development.

He assumes leadership of Travstore's operations in India, with a mission to elevate Travstore India into the foremost travel distribution company in the country.

General Manager, Hotel Contracting & MICE

Malcolm D'Souza, a founding team member, takes the helm of Travstore's MICE business and plays a pivotal role in Hotel Contracting from our base in Bangkok. Additionally, he serves as the Administrative Head for our Bangkok Office.

Chaiyasit Prapasirikul

Manager MICE Events

Bo Prapasirikul is a seasoned MICE professional with a knack for designing leading-edge MICE events in Thailand. His expertise makes him a go-to solutions advisor for all MICE assignments.

Nirun Nana

Finance Director

Nirun Nana, a member of the founding team, oversees the Finance and Control function at Travstore Thailand. His role involves continual evaluation of risks and proactive solutions to mitigate them.
