• Private van service for areas such as Rawai, Naiharn, Naiyang, Naithorn, Mai Khao Beach, Thalang Zone, and Airport area (THB1300 per van) 
• Personal expenses and items not mentioned in the inclusions

Booking Process

Our tour offers hotel pickup and drop services. Please note the process flow:

1. You select the number of adults and children for the tour and book your tour
2. We gather your email and phone contact details during the booking process
3. Post your booking our customer care reaches you by email and WhatsApp app and we gather your hotel address and other details
4. We communicate your approximate pickup time
5. Our customer care number over WhatsApp supports you all the time
6. Upon our pick-up arrival, please present your voucher to our driver/guide to help with identification and avoid any wrong pick-ups
7. You are ready to enjoy your tour

Infant / Child Policy

• Aged Under 3 years, infants are free and need not be entered in the count to calculate your tour price.
• Children Aged 3 years and above till the age of 11 are allowed a discounted price, if applicable. If you have accompanying children that fit this criteria please include their count as Children while calculating your price and you may get a lower price if applicable 
• Children over the age of 11 years, would be counted as adults. Please include their count as adults while calculating your tour price.

Additional Hotel Pickup/drop Surcharge for non-central hotels

• If you are outside a 3-mile (5-km) radius of Patong, Kata and Karon Area, an additional surcharge for hotel pickup is applicable and payable on the day of your activity.

Morning Tour Itinerary:

- 07.15 - 08.15: Pick up from hotels in Patong Beach, Kata - Karon Beach, and Phuket Town areas
- 08.30 - 09.00: Transfer to Asia Marina Pier
- 09.00 - 09.20: Departure from Asia Marina Pier to Khai Nai Island
- 09.20 - 10.30: Snorkeling, swimming, and relaxation at Khai Nai Island
- 10.30 - 11.45: Departure to Khai Nui Island for snorkelling
- 11.45 - 13.00: Departure to Khai Nok Island; enjoy the white sand beach and crystal-clear water
- 13.00: Return to the pier and transfer back to hotels by van

Afternoon Tour Itinerary:

- 11.30 - 12.15: Pick up from hotels in Patong Beach, Kata - Karon Beach, and Phuket Town areas
- 12.30 - 13.30: Transfer to Asia Marina Pier
- 13.30 - 13.50: Departure from Asia Marina Pier to Khai Nai Island
- 13.50 - 15.00: Snorkeling, swimming, and relaxation at Khai Nai Island
- 15.00 - 15.45: Departure to Khai Nui Island for snorkelling
- 15.45 - 17.30: Departure to Khai Nok Island; enjoy the white sand beach and crystal-clear water
- 17.30: Return to the pier and transfer back to hotels by van

Terms and Conditions

1. Weather Clause: The tour itinerary is subject to change or cancellation in cases of adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances that may jeopardize the safety of participants. In such cases, the tour operator reserves the right to reschedule the tour or offer an alternative itinerary. If a rescheduled tour is not possible, a full refund will be provided to participants.

2. Participant Responsibility: Participants are responsible for their safety and must follow the instructions provided by the tour guide or staff members. Any reckless behaviour that may endanger oneself or others will result in immediate expulsion from the tour without a refund.

3. Changes to Itinerary: The tour operator reserves the right to modify the tour itinerary or substitute any part of the tour with similar activities or attractions without prior notice.

4. Acceptance of Terms: By booking the tour, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
