Booking Process

Our tour offers hotel pickup and drop services. Please note the process flow:

1. You select the number of adults and children for the tour and book your tour
2. We gather your email and phone contact details during the booking process
3. Post your booking our customer care reaches you by email and WhatsApp app and we gather your hotel address and other details
4. We communicate your approximate pickup time
5. Our customer care number over WhatsApp supports you all the time
6. Upon our pick-up arrival, please present your voucher to our driver/guide to help with identification and avoid any wrong pick-ups
7. You are ready to enjoy your tour

Infant / Child Policy

• Aged Under 3 years, infants are free and need not be entered in the count to calculate your tour price.
• Children Aged 3 years and above till the age of 11 are allowed a discounted price, if applicable. If you have accompanying children that fit this criteria please include their count as Children while calculating your price and you may get a lower price if applicable 
• Children over the age of 11 years, would be counted as adults. Please include their count as adults while calculating your tour price.

Additional Hotel Pickup/drop Surcharge for non-central hotels

• If you are outside a 3-mile (5-km) radius of Chaweng or Bhoput area, an additional surcharge for hotel pickup is applicable and payable on the day of your activity.

Itinerary

12:30 - 13:45 hrs
Pick up from your hotel and transfer to the pier.

14:00 hrs
Depart by speedboat from the pier.

14:15 - 15:00 hrs
Arrive at Koh Tan for snorkeling. Explore vibrant coral reefs and colorful marine life.

15:15 - 17:00 hrs
Head to Koh Madsum (Pig Island). Relax on the white sand beach, take photos with the adorable pigs, and enjoy optional activities like kayaking.

17:00 hrs
Depart from Koh Madsum by boat and admire the breathtaking sunset over the Gulf of Thailand.

17:30 hrs
Arrive back at the pier and enjoy a delicious dinner before heading back to your hotel.

Notes

• Tour Duration: Approximately 6-8 hours.
• Pick-up Time: From 12:30 PM to 1:45 PM, depending on your hotel location.
• Return Time: Around 5:30 PM, after enjoying the sunset.

• Weather Clause:

  • The itinerary is subject to change or cancellation in case of adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances affecting safety.
  • The tour operator may reschedule the tour or offer an alternative itinerary.
  • A full refund will be provided if rescheduling is not possible.

• Changes to Itinerary:

  • The tour operator reserves the right to modify the itinerary or replace activities/attractions with similar alternatives without prior notice.

• Participant Responsibility:

  • Participants must prioritize their safety and follow instructions provided by the tour guide or staff.
  • Reckless behavior endangering oneself or others will result in immediate removal from the tour without a refund.

• Participant Age, Health, and Fitness:

  • The tour is suitable for most ages, provided participants are physically fit for the activities.
  • Individuals with medical conditions or fitness challenges are advised not to join the tour.
  • Pregnant women are strictly not permitted on the tour.

• Photography Consent:

  • By joining, participants agree to be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.

• Cancellation Policy:

  • A 24-hour notice is required for a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

• Acceptance of Terms:

  • Booking the tour implies that participants have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
