Essential Information
Booking Process
- If opting for the tour with shared transfers please select minimum of 2 Pax
- You select the number of adult and children for the tour and book your tour
- We gather your email and phone contact details during the booking process
- Post your booking our customer care reaches you by email and whats app and we gather your hotel address and other details
- We communicate your approximate pick up time
- Our customer care number over whatapp supports you all the time
- Upon our pick up arrival, please present your voucher to our driver / guide to help with identification and avoiding any wrong pick ups
- You are ready to enjoy your tour
Hotel Pick & Drop
- Complimentary hotel pickup & drop for Hotels located in Patong, Kata and Karon area
- If your hotel is not located in Patong , Kata or Karon, we may request you to come to a central location at Patong , Kata or Karon area and we will pick you enroute
- In some cases we may be able to pick you from your hotel not within our route by you paying an additional surcharge. The surcharge may range from THB 200-THB 400 per person and will depend on your hotel location. If we are not at all able to pick you on shared transfers, you may either opt for tour on private transfers, or come to a central pick up location to join our shared tour.
Itinerary
- 7:30 AM onwards pick up service from Hotels and drop to Pier , meet your guide, understand the program and enjoy Tea & Coffee served by us at the Pier
- 9:00 AM Departure from Pier to Phi Phi Island on Speedboat
- 10:00 AM , around this time you arrive at Phi Phi Ley Island area, and we take you to the most scenic Pi Leh Bay lagoon area. This is a picturesque swimming and snorkelling site. This area also houses the famed 'Maya Bay' as showcased in movie The Beach. However landing access to Maya Bay is regulated by marine authorities for conservation purpose and when permitted the tour makes a short landing at the beach. Otherwise the boat goes closer to the beach to give you a scenic tour or the area around.
- Next destination is the Phi Phi Don Island and covers Loh Samay Bay, Moneky Beach and Viking Cave where we continue to enjoy our snorkelling and swimming and also click some lovely memorable pics.
- 12:00 - 14:15 - we land at the Phi Phi Don Island and take a couple of hours break here. Lunch is served at the local restaurant and you can explore Phi Phi Island or just relax by its sandy beaches.
- 14:10-15:00 - Post lunch & rest we head towards Koh Pai or the Bamboo Island for another round of swimming, snorkelling or just lazing around.
- 15:00 Our speedboat cruises back towards Phuket
- 16:16:30 we arrive at the Phuket Pier and transfer service back to hotel commences

Weather Policy
- Tour is weather dependent and if not operating due to weather condition either refund or would be re-organised at next date
- Tour may not make a landing at Maya bay if not permitted by marine authorities
- Please note itinerary mentioned is weather dependent and also dependent on route permission by marine authority. Minor changes in the itinerary are possible on a day to day basis
