• Departure Boat Schedule (To Full Moon Party):

  • Boats depart every hour starting at 17:00 hrs (5:00 PM) until the last ferry at 22:00 hrs (10:00 PM).

• Return Boat Schedule (From Full Moon Party):

  • Return boats are available every hour from 01:00 hrs (1:00 AM) until the last ferry at 05:00 hrs (5:00 AM).

Terms and Conditions

1. Cancellation Policy

   • Cancellations made 48 hours before the trip are eligible for a partial refund.
   • No refunds will be provided for cancellations within 48 hours of the trip or for no-shows.

   • The departure and return schedule is subject to weather conditions or unforeseen operational delays. In such cases, alternative arrangements will be made whenever possible.

3. Pick-Up and Drop-Off

   • Travelers must be present at the designated pick-up point at the specified time. Late arrivals may result in missed transfers, with no refund provided.

4. Entry Ticket

   • The Full Moon Party entry ticket is included and non-refundable if unused.

5. Responsibility and Conduct

   • The tour operator is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or losses during the trip.
   • Guests are expected to behave responsibly at the party and follow safety guidelines.
