How to Book ?

1. You select the number of adult and children for the tour and book your tour
2. We gather your email and phone contact details during the booking process
3. Post your booking our customer care reaches you by email and whats app and we gather your hotel address and other details
4. We communicate your approximate pick up time
5. Our customer care number over whatapp supports you all the time
6. Upon our pick up arrival, please present your voucher to our driver / guide to help with identification and avoiding any wrong pick ups

Itinerary

Morning Session

• 09:00: Hotel pick-up from the main road area (excludes accommodations in mountainous areas).
• Welcome & Introduction: Enjoy a brief introduction and an educational video about the sanctuary and its mission.
• Meet & Feed the Elephants: Interact with the elephants and feed them a basket of treats, a magical experience for both visitors and elephants!
• Guided Walk: Accompany the elephants in their sanctuary, observing them as they forage, bathe in the pool, and play in the mud pit.
• Lunch: Savor a delicious meal provided by the sanctuary.
• 12:00: Transfer back to your hotel.

Afternoon Session

• 14:00: Hotel pick-up from the main road area (excludes accommodations in mountainous areas).
• Welcome & Introduction: Begin with an introduction and educational video about the sanctuary.
• Meet & Feed the Elephants: Feed the elephants and enjoy their delightful company as they enjoy their treats.
• Guided Walk: Observe the elephants in their natural environment as they forage, bathe, and play in the mud pit.
• Lunch: Relish a hearty meal prepared by the sanctuary.
• 17:00: Transfer back to your hotel.

Terms and Conditions

1. Transfer Policy:

   • Pick-up and drop-off are available only from designated main road areas.
   • Guests staying in mountainous or remote areas must arrange their own transport to the meeting point.

2. Cancellations and Refunds:

   • Free cancellations are permitted up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.
   • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the experience or no-shows will not be refunded.

3. Health and Safety:

   • Participants must follow all instructions provided by the sanctuary staff for their safety and the well-being of the elephants.
   • This experience involves walking; guests should have a moderate level of fitness.

4. Child Policy:

   • Children under a certain age may require adult supervision (specific age requirements to be confirmed upon booking).

5. Conduct:

   • Guests are prohibited from riding or engaging in any activity that disturbs or harms the elephants.
   • Please respect the sanctuary’s guidelines and the natural behaviors of the animals.

6. Liability:

   • The sanctuary is not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during the visit.
   • Travel insurance is recommended to cover unforeseen circumstances.

7. Weather Conditions:

   • Activities are subject to weather conditions and may be modified or canceled in the event of adverse weather for safety reasons.

8. Photography and Filming:

• Photography is allowed, but flash and drones are prohibited to avoid disturbing the elephants.
