Booking Process

Our tour offers hotel pickup and drop services. Please note the process flow:

1. You select the number of adults and children for the tour and book your tour
2. We gather your email and phone contact details during the booking process
3. Post your booking our customer care reaches you by email and WhatsApp app and we gather your hotel address and other details
4. We communicate your approximate pickup time
5. Our customer care number over WhatsApp supports you all the time
6. Upon our pick-up arrival, please present your voucher to our driver/guide to help with identification and avoid any wrong pick-ups
7. You are ready to enjoy your tour

Infant / Child Policy

• Aged Under 3 years, infants are free and need not be entered in the count to calculate your tour price.
• Children Aged 3 years and above till the age of 11 are allowed a discounted price, if applicable. If you have accompanying children that fit this criteria please include their count as Children while calculating your price and you may get a lower price if applicable 
• Children over the age of 11 years, would be counted as adults. Please include their count as adults while calculating your tour price.

Additional Hotel Pickup/drop Surcharge for non-central hotels

• If you are outside a 3-mile (5-km) radius of Chaweng or Bhoput area, an additional surcharge for hotel pickup is applicable and payable on the day of your activity.

Itinerary

• 07:00 - 08:00 hrs: Pick up from your hotel or designated meeting point.
  Check-in and enjoy a light breakfast.

• 08:00 hrs: Depart for Koh Wao and enjoy snorkeling in the crystal-clear waters.

• 10:00 hrs: Enjoy lunch at a restaurant on Koh Paluay.

• 12:00 hrs: Relax at the restaurant on Koh Paluay.

• 13:30 hrs: Depart from Koh Paluay and head to Koh Madsum.

• 14:00 hrs: Arrival at Koh Madsum, also known as the famous Pig Island. Meet the star of Koh Madsum – the island's adorable pigs.

• 14:30 hrs: Hike to the viewpoint and enjoy stunning panoramic views of the island and surrounding waters.

• 15:45 - 16:00 hrs: Start departure from Koh Madsum.

• 17:00 hrs: Arrival at Samui Pier and transfer back to your hotel.

Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour are non-refundable.
• In case of weather-related cancellations or force majeure, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

 Health and Safety:

• Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by the guide and boat crew.
• All participants should be in good health and able to swim or at least float in the water.
• Snorkeling activities are suitable for those in good physical condition. Pregnant women, children under [X] years, and individuals with heart conditions or other medical concerns should consult their doctor before participating.

 Liability:

• The operator is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the tour.
• Participants are responsible for their personal items, including but not limited to, bags, phones, cameras, and valuables.
• The tour operator is not responsible for any illness or injury incurred from the snorkeling, hiking, or any other activity during the tour.

 Weather and Environmental Conditions:

• The operator reserves the right to cancel or modify the itinerary in case of poor weather, dangerous sea conditions, or any other environmental hazards.
• In case of cancellation due to weather conditions, the tour may be rescheduled, or a full refund will be offered.

Age Restrictions:

• Children [specify age range] must be accompanied by an adult and must have prior approval to participate in the snorkeling activity.
• A waiver may be required for children or for participants with special needs.

Photography and Media:

• The operator may take photographs or videos during the tour for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of such media unless otherwise stated in writing prior to the tour.
