Booking Process
Our tour offers hotel pickup and drop services. Please note the process flow:
- You select the number of adults and children for the tour and book your tour
- We gather your email and phone contact details during the booking process
- Post your booking our customer care reaches you by email and WhatsApp app and we gather your hotel address and other details
- We communicate your approximate pickup time
- Our customer care number over WhatsApp supports you all the time
- Upon our pick-up arrival, please present your voucher to our driver/guide to help with identification and avoid any wrong pick-ups
- You are ready to enjoy your tour
CHILDREN POLICY:
1. Child under 4 years old free of charge
2. Child from 4 to 8 years old charge 75% of adult
3. Child from 9 years old charge as an adult
4. Two adults only share with 1 child under 4 year old. The second child will be charged 50% of the adult.
NOTE:
1. Swimming at Titop Island can be our choice depend on the Season. We make sure that is full
itinerary for you.
2.You should bring your swimming suites, sun glasses, insect repellent.
3.Cruise itinerary and schedule subject to change upon weather and operations conditions.
Additional Hotel Pickup/drop Surcharge for non-central hotels
- If you are outside a 3-mile (5-km) radius of Ha Noi Old Quarter area, an additional surcharge for hotel pickup is applicable and payable on the day of your activity.
Itinerary
- 08:00–08:45 hrs: Hotel pickup from Ha Noi Old Quarter and depart for Halong Bay via Expressway Transfer.
- 10:30–10:50 hrs: Take a 20-minute break to relax during the drive.
- 12:00–12:30 hrs: Arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor and board the Cozy Bay Premium Cruise. Begin your 5–6 hour journey through Halong Bay while enjoying lunch onboard.
- 14:00–15:00 hrs: Visit Surprising Cave to explore stunning stalagmites and stalactites in fascinating shapes.
- 15:00–16:00 hrs: Head to Titop Island to relax on the sandy beach or hike to the peak for panoramic views.
- 16:00–18:00 hrs: Discover Luon Cave's serene lagoon by kayaking or bamboo boat. Then enjoy a sunset party with tea, cakes, and music as you cruise back to Tuan Chau Harbor.
- 18:00–19:00 hrs: Disembark and return to Hanoi via Expressway with a short break en route.
- 21:00–21:30 hrs: Arrive back at your hotel in Ha Noi Old Quarter. Tour ends.

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the tour date will receive a full refund minus any bank fees.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the tour date will not be eligible for a refund.
- In case of tour cancellation due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, a rescheduled date or a full refund will be offered.
