Booking Process
Our tour offers hotel pickup and drop services. Please note the process flow:
- You select the number of adults and children for the tour and book your tour
- We gather your email and phone contact details during the booking process
- Post your booking our customer care reaches you by email and WhatsApp app and we gather your hotel address and other details
- We communicate your approximate pickup time
- Our customer care number over WhatsApp supports you all the time
- Upon our pick-up arrival, please present your voucher to our driver/guide to help with identification and avoid any wrong pick-ups
- You are ready to enjoy your tour.
CHILDREN POLICY :
1. Children from 1 to 4 years old are free, sharing a room with parent
2. Children from 5 to 8 years old are charged 75%, sharing a room with parent
3. Children from 9 years of age as an adult.
4. Only one (01) child under 4 years old sharing room with two (02) adults is allowed for
FOC, second children will be charge 100%.
Additional Hotel Pickup/drop Surcharge for non-central hotels
- If you are outside a 3-mile (5-km) radius of Hanoi Old Quarter area, an additional surcharge for hotel pickup is applicable and payable on the day of your activity.

12:30: Welcome aboard Cozy Bay Boutique Cruise with a drink and an introduction to the cruise and safety guidelines. Check-in to your room.
13:00: Enjoy a special lunch featuring traditional Vietnamese dishes while cruising through the stunning Halong Bay, surrounded by fascinating rock formations.
15:00: Visit the iconic Sung Sot Cave (also known as the Surprising Cave), the largest and most famous cave in Halong Bay.
16:00: Head to Titop Island or Soi Sim Island. Take in breathtaking views from the viewpoint at the peak or relax on the sandy beach with an option to swim.
17:30: Return to Cozy Bay Boutique Cruise. Freshen up, relax on the sundeck, and enjoy the magical sunset with a cocktail or a book.

6:00: Early wake-up to view the sunrise from the sundeck.
7:00: Start your day with a morning view of the bay over a cup of tea or coffee, followed by a buffet breakfast.
7:40: Visit the Halong Bay Pearl Farm to learn about the renowned pearl farming process in the area.
8:30: Enjoy kayaking in Halong Bay, exploring the bay at your own pace.
10:00: Return to the cruise and check out of your room.

Cancellations & Refunds:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure will receive a full refund minus the deposit.
- Cancellations made 15-30 days before departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 15 days of departure will not be eligible for a refund.
- No refunds will be provided for unused services or early termination of the tour.
