Booking Process

Our tour offers hotel pickup and drop services. Please note the process flow

1. Min 1 Pax needed to be booked
2. You select the number of adult and children for the tour and book your tour
3. We gather your email and phone contact details during the booking process
4. Post your booking our customer care reaches you by email and whats app and we gather your hotel address and other details
5. We communicate your approximate pick up time
6. Our customer care number over whatapp supports you all the time
7. Upon our pick up arrival, please present your voucher to our driver / guide to help with identification and avoiding any wrong pick ups
8. You are ready to enjoy your tour

Infant / Child Policy

• Aged Under 3 years, infants are free and need not be entered in the count to calculate your tour price.
• Children Aged 3 years and above till the age of 11 are allowed a discounted price, if applicable. If you have accompanying children that fit this criteria please include their count as Children while calculating your price and you may get a lower price if applicable 
• Children over the age of 11 years , would be counted as adults. Please include their count as adults while calculating your tour price.

Additonal Hotel Pick up / drop Surcharge for non-central hotels

• If your hotel is located outside a 3-mile (5-km) radius of Krabi town or the designated central areas (such as Ao Nang), an additional surcharge for hotel pick-up and drop-off will apply.

8:00 AM - 8:30 AM: Hotel Pickup
Start your day with a convenient pickup from your hotel in Krabi. Enjoy a comfortable ride to Ao Nang Pier to begin your adventure.

9:00 AM: Depart for Hong Island
Board a traditional long-tail boat and cruise across the turquoise waters of the Andaman Sea, soaking in views of limestone cliffs and island landscapes.

9:45 AM: Arrival at Hong Island
Relax on the pristine white-sand beaches, swim in the crystal-clear waters, or snorkel among vibrant coral reefs and tropical marine life.

11:15 AM: Explore Hong Lagoon
Sail into the serene Hong Lagoon, a hidden natural pool surrounded by towering limestone cliffs. Swim, explore, or simply take in the tranquil scenery.

12:00 PM: Picnic Lunch on the Beach
Enjoy a delicious picnic lunch on the beach while surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty.

1:00 PM: Snorkeling and Optional Kayaking
After lunch, continue snorkeling to explore the underwater world. For an additional cost, rent a kayak and paddle through the calm waters, discovering hidden coves and scenic spots.

2:00 PM: Guided Nature Walk
Take a short guided nature walk to explore Hong Island's unique flora and fauna, learning about its diverse ecosystem.

2:30 PM: Return Journey to Ao Nang Pier
Board the long-tail boat and head back to Ao Nang Pier while taking in the scenic views one last time.

3:00 PM - 3:30 PM: Hotel Drop-Off
Conclude your tour with a drop-off at your hotel in Krabi, completing an unforgettable day at Hong Island.

   • Free cancellation is available if the booking is canceled at least 24 hours prior to the departure time.
   • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are non-refundable.

2. Changes to the Itinerary

   • The itinerary is subject to change based on weather conditions, tides, or unforeseen circumstances for the safety and comfort of participants.
   • In case of cancellation due to extreme weather or other safety concerns, an alternative date or a full refund will be provided.

3. Health and Fitness Requirements

   • Inform the tour operator in advance of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions.

4. Liability and Insurance

   • Insurance coverage is included for all participants. However, it is recommended to have personal travel insurance for additional coverage.
