Booking Process

Our tour offers hotel pickup and drop services. Please note the process flow

1. Min 2 Pax needed to be booked
2. You select the number of adult and children for the tour and book your tour
3. We gather your email and phone contact details during the booking process
4. Post your booking our customer care reaches you by email and whats app and we gather your hotel address and other details
5. We communicate your approximate pick up time
6. Our customer care number over whatapp supports you all the time
7. Upon our pick up arrival, please present your voucher to our driver / guide to help with identification and avoiding any wrong pick ups
8. You are ready to enjoy your tour

Infant / Child Policy

• Aged Under 3 years, infants are free and need not be entered in the count to calculate your tour price.
• Children Aged 3 years and above till the age of 11 are allowed a discounted price, if applicable. If you have accompanying children that fit this criteria please include their count as Children while calculating your price and you may get a lower price if applicable 
• Children over the age of 11 years , would be counted as adults. Please include their count as adults while calculating your tour price.

Additonal Hotel Pick up / drop Surcharge for non-central hotels

• If you are outside a 3-mile (5-km) radius of Ao Nang, Krabi City, Krabi City  an additional surcharge for hotel pickup is applicable and payable on the day of your activity.

  Depart from the Pier
  Board the speedboat at the pier and start your journey towards Krabi’s stunning islands. Enjoy the scenic views as you make your way to your first destination.

  Koh Poda
  Arrive at the beautiful Koh Poda. Spend your time on the powdery white sand beach, take a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear waters, or simply unwind under the sun. The stunning limestone cliffs create a perfect backdrop for this tropical paradise.

  Chicken Island
  Next, head to Chicken Island, famous for its unique rock formation resembling a chicken’s head and neck. Enjoy a snorkeling stop to explore vibrant coral reefs and diverse marine life in the area. This is a great spot for underwater photography and discovering the beauty of Krabi’s marine ecosystem.

  Tup Island
  Visit Tup Island, where you’ll experience the magical sight of a natural sandbank connecting it to Chicken Island during low tide. Take a stroll across this unique feature and enjoy the picturesque views of the surrounding islands.

  Phra Nang Cave Beach
  Your final stop will be Phra Nang Cave Beach, a serene and beautiful location. Explore the sacred Phra Nang Cave, swim in the turquoise waters, or simply relax on the beach. The tranquil atmosphere makes it a perfect place to unwind.

  Return to the Pier
  After a day filled with adventure and relaxation, board the speedboat for your return to the pier.

  Hotel Transfer

1. ancellations & Refunds:

   • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the tour departure are eligible for a full refund.
   • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour or no-shows will not be refunded.
   • The tour operator reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather. In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

2. Health & Safety:

   • Participants should be in good health and able to engage in basic physical activities, including kayaking and snorkeling.
   • The tour is not recommended for pregnant women, individuals with serious medical conditions, or those with mobility issues.
   • The operator is not responsible for any personal injury or accidents that occur due to non-compliance with safety instructions.

3. Responsibility:

   • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the tour. The operator is not liable for any lost or damaged items.
   • The tour is subject to availability, and the operator reserves the right to adjust the itinerary for operational reasons.

4. Weather Conditions:

   • The tour operates rain or shine, but may be canceled or modified in case of severe weather conditions. The operator will provide the option to reschedule or refund if the tour is canceled due to weather safety concerns.

5. Liability Waiver:

   • By participating in the tour, guests agree to release the operator from any liability for accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during the tour.

6. Tour Modifications:

   • The operator reserves the right to make minor changes to the tour itinerary, including but not limited to changes in timings or locations, for operational reasons. Any significant changes will be communicated to the guests as early as possible.
