Essential Information

Hotel Pickup Instructions

Our tour offers hotel pickup and drop services. Please note the process flow

1. You select the number of adult and children for the tour and book your tour
2. We gather your email and phone contact details during the booking process
3. Post your booking our customer care reaches you by email and whats app and we gather your hotel address and other details
4. We communicate your approximate pick up time
5. Our customer care number over whatapp supports you all the time
6. Upon our pick up arrival, please present your voucher to our driver / guide to help with identification and avoiding any wrong pick ups
7. You are ready to enjoy your tour

Itinerary

Once you have chosen your arrival date & bought the bundle , our customer service opens communication with you and we allocate dates for your tours accordingly. The itinerary flow as follows

Day A - This is your Arrival Day at Phuket International Airport. Our Airport Rep meets & greets you and you are guided to your private transfers and head to your hotel.

Day B - Once we get your desired date, we fix the City Tour for you, which is our signature Travstore Original Phuket Discovery Private Tour

Day C - On your next request date, we arrange the Island Excursion Tour chosen by you between either the Day Trip to Coral & Racha Island Tour or the Catamaran Sail to Coral Island & Sunset Dinner Cruise

Day D - Finally on your requested day we arrange your transfers back to the Airport. We pick you at the designated time from your hotel and drop you to Phuket International Airport or the Domestic Terminal

Terms and Conditions

Other general terms are

• 100 % Cancellation upto 5 days prior to arrival, 30% Cancellation charge if cancelled upto 4 days prior to arrival
• Vehicle waits at airport for a maximum of 2 hours free of charge, after this additional THB 300 per hour waiting charge 
• If the Island Excursions are cancelled due to weather conditions we will make a part refund of same value from the package. However please note that all tours when included as Combo package are taken at discount value and price of these cannot be compared to the individual inclusion shown at full value on our website
