Essential Information
Booking Process
- Select the number of pax
- We gather your email and phone contact details during the booking process
- Post your booking our customer care reaches you by email and whats app and we gather your hotel address and other details
- We communicate your approximate pick up time
- Our customer care number over whatapp supports you all the time
- Upon our pick up arrival, please present your voucher to our driver / guide to help with identification and avoiding any wrong pick ups
- You are all set for your onward trip
Itinerary
Pick-Up
- Upon Arrival and post immigration clearances, you come out and meet our Airport Representative at the designated area
- Our Airport Rep coordinates with the Driver at the Parking Bay and calls your vehicle, which takes about 10-20 mins depending on traffic within the airport complex
- You come out and board your vehicle
- Onward transfers to your hotel in Bangkok
Drop
- The vehicle arrives at designated time to your hotel
- Our driver drops you to Suvarnabhumi Airport
Terms and Conditions
- Maximum 9 peices of luggage allowed per group. The van can only accomodate limited luggage and hence please book additional van incase you have substantial luggage
- Our Vehilce will wait for a max of 2 hours, free of charge
- Infants up to the age of 2 years can be accomodated free of charge, however they have to be seated on parents / guardian lap and cannot occupy a seat
- All seat occupying pax and all pax over the age of 2 years would be counted as chargable pax
