Our tour offers hotel pickup and drop services. Please note the process flow:

1. You select the number of adults and children for the tour and book your tour
2. We gather your email and phone contact details during the booking process
3. Post your booking our customer care reaches you by email and WhatsApp app and we gather your hotel address and other details
4. We communicate your approximate pickup time
5. Our customer care number over WhatsApp supports you all the time
6. Upon our pick-up arrival, please present your voucher to our driver/guide to help with identification and avoid any wrong pick-ups
7. You are ready to enjoy your tour.

Children Policy

• • Ages 1-4: Free (shared seat); private seat surcharge applies:
    • Luxury D-Car: $16/seat, Thaco Limousine: $12/seat, Shuttle Bus: $8/seat.
  • Ages 5-8: Charged 75% of the adult price (second child charged 100%).
  • Ages 9+: Full adult price applies.

Additional Hotel Pickup/drop Surcharge for non-central hotels

• If you are outside a 3-mile (5-km) radius of Hanoi Old Quarter area, an additional surcharge for hotel pickup is applicable and payable on the day of your activity.

Morning Schedule

7:15 AM – 8:00 AM:

• Hotel pick-up by our tour guide.
• Depart for Ninh Binh province, located 120 km from Hanoi Old Quarter.

9:00 AM – 9:15 AM:

• Short 20-minute break to relax.

10:15 AM – 10:30 AM:

• Arrive at Cozy Vietnam Restaurant. Begin a 20-minute cycling tour to Hoa Lu, Vietnam’s first capital.
• Explore the ancient temples of King Dinh and King Le (17th-century architecture).
  (Non-cyclists can opt for a bus transfer to Hoa Lu.)

Midday Adventures

11:30 AM:

• Continue cycling for 30 minutes through the picturesque countryside. Discover local life before returning to Cozy Vietnam Restaurant.

12:00 PM:

• Enjoy a 5-star-style lunch at Cozy Vietnam Restaurant, with stunning views of Ninh Binh’s mountains and rivers.
  • Luxury D-car option: Deluxe Set Menu on the 2nd floor (private, cozy ambiance, artistically presented dishes).
  • Shuttle Bus/Thaco Limousine option: Buffet on the 3rd floor (modern atmosphere with diverse local dishes).
  • Vegetarian options are available for both styles.

Afternoon Options (Choose One)

1:00 PM – 1:30 PM:

• Option 1:
  Visit Tam Coc on a 1.5-hour boat ride. Admire the serene blend of paddy fields, rivers, clouds, and caves, famously called the “Halong Bay on Land.”

• Option 2:
  Explore Trang An, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Spend 1.5–2 hours on a boat ride marveling at the tunnel cave system, featured in the movie Kong: Skull Island (2016).

Late Afternoon Excursion

4:00 PM – 4:30 PM:

• Head to Mua Cave. Climb 500 steps to the summit of Lying Dragon Mountain for breathtaking panoramic views of Tam Coc.

5:00 PM – 5:30 PM:

• Board the bus for your return trip to Hanoi.

7:00 PM – 7:30 PM:

• Arrive back in Hanoi. Drop-off at your hotel.
• Tour ends.
