Booking Process

Our tour offers hotel pickup and drop services. Please note the process flow:

1. You select the number of adults and children for the tour and book your tour
2. We gather your email and phone contact details during the booking process
3. Post your booking our customer care reaches you by email and WhatsApp app and we gather your hotel address and other details
4. We communicate your approximate pickup time
5. Our customer care number over WhatsApp supports you all the time
6. Upon our pick-up arrival, please present your voucher to our driver/guide to help with identification and avoid any wrong pick-ups
7. You are ready to enjoy your tour

Infant / Child Policy

• Aged Under 3 years, infants are free and need not be entered in the count to calculate your tour price.
• Children Aged 3 years and above till the age of 11 are allowed a discounted price, if applicable. If you have accompanying children that fit this criteria please include their count as Children while calculating your price and you may get a lower price if applicable 
• Children over the age of 11 years, would be counted as adults. Please include their count as adults while calculating your tour price.

Additional Hotel Pickup/drop Surcharge for non-central hotels

• If you are outside a 3-mile (5-km) radius of Da Nang City Center area, an additional surcharge for hotel pickup is applicable and payable on the day of your activity.

Itinerary

7:30–8:00 AM: The van and tour guide will pick you up at your hotel (Da Nang area).

Start your day with Cam Thanh Coconut. As a fisherman at Cam Thanh Coconut Village, you will learn traditional fishing techniques and how to row unique Vietnamese bamboo basket boats while exploring the tranquil coconut palm waterways of the past. On this tour, we provide authentic social and cultural insight into the local way of life in Vietnam. Furthermore, you will take part in some hands-on activities that are fun, safe, interesting and suitable for everybody.

About 10:00 AM: Visit the next destination, Hoi An Old Town.

• Go to the Phuc Kien Chinese Assembly Hall, a colorful mélange of bright gates, dragon statues, and elaborate rooftops. Get an introduction to ancestor worship while visiting the family altar and watching local devotees make offerings.
• You will see remarkably well-preserved old houses, such as Phung Hung Ancient House or Tan Ky Ancient House, that have withstood 200 years of weather and war. Learn about the prosperous merchants who used to live in these homes, trading with buyers from all around the world. You will especially enjoy art shows at Hoi An Traditional Performing Arts House.
• Make a stop at the Japanese Bridge. The bridge spans a small waterway and was constructed more than 400 years ago to connect the Japanese community with the Chinese who lived on the other side of the water. Admire the carvings and paintings inside the bridge, learning about their symbolism and cultural significance.
• Additionally, visit some of Hoi An’s well-known handicraft shops and artwork galleries. Discover smaller laneways and local neighborhoods, gaining a better appreciation of Hoi An’s endless charm.
• Lunch with Hoi An local food. 

1:30–2:00 PM: We will drop you off at your hotel. The tour ends!

1. Cancellation Policy:

   • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour will receive a full refund.
   • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
   • In case of unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, the tour may be canceled or rescheduled. Full refunds or alternative arrangements will be offered.

2. Tour Changes:

   • The tour operator reserves the right to modify or cancel the tour itinerary due to operational reasons, weather conditions, or other factors beyond their control.
   • In such cases, alternative activities or arrangements will be provided whenever possible.

3. Health and Safety:

   • Participants should be in good health and able to take part in moderate physical activities, including walking and rowing.
   • The tour is suitable for all ages, but children must be accompanied by an adult.
   • The tour operator is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or medical emergencies during the tour.

4. Personal Items:

   • Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. The tour operator is not liable for lost or damaged items.

5. Tour Duration:

   • The estimated tour duration is subject to traffic conditions, weather, and the pace of the group. The operator is not responsible for delays caused by external factors.

6. Liability:

   • The tour operator is not responsible for any damages, losses, or delays caused by third parties, natural events, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Consent to Use Photos:

   • The tour operator may take photographs during the tour for promotional purposes. By joining the tour, participants consent to the use of their images in marketing materials, unless they inform the guide otherwise.
