Booking Process

Our tour offers hotel pickup and drop services. Please note the process flow

1. Min 2 Pax needed to be booked
2. You select the number of adult and children for the tour and book your tour
3. We gather your email and phone contact details during the booking process
4. Post your booking our customer care reaches you by email and whats app and we gather your hotel address and other details
5. We communicate your approximate pick up time
6. Our customer care number over whatapp supports you all the time
7. Upon our pick up arrival, please present your voucher to our driver / guide to help with identification and avoiding any wrong pick ups
8. You are ready to enjoy your tour

Infant / Child Policy

• Aged Under 3 years, infants are free and need not be entered in the count to calculate your tour price.
• Children Aged 3 years and above till the age of 11 are allowed a discounted price, if applicable. If you have accompanying children that fit this criteria please include their count as Children while calculating your price and you may get a lower price if applicable 
• Children over the age of 11 years , would be counted as adults. Please include their count as adults while calculating your tour price.

Additonal Hotel Pick up / drop Surcharge for non-central hotels

• If you are outside a 3-mile (5-km) radius of  Ao Nang, Krabi City, Krabi City  an additional surcharge for hotel pickup is applicable and payable on the day of your activity.

  Hotel Pickup & Transfer
  Pick up from your hotel in Krabi and enjoy a comfortable 1-hour transfer to your first destination.

• 08:30 - 09:30
  Saline Hot Spring Khlong Thom
  Arrive at the Khlong Thom Hot Springs. Relax and soak in the therapeutic warm waters surrounded by lush jungle for about 1 hour.

• 09:30 - 10:30
  Emerald Pool
  After the hot springs, head to the Emerald Pool (Sra Morakot). Take a guided walk through the scenic nature trail and enjoy the stunning views. Spend time swimming in the crystal-clear waters and exploring the natural beauty of the area.

• 10:30 - 11:30
  Muang Krabi
  Arrive in Muang Krabi for a photo stop and a chance to explore the local area. Enjoy some free time to shop or stroll through this charming town.

• 11:30 - 12:30
  Return Transfer
  After exploring Muang Krabi, hop into the van for the 1-hour transfer back to your hotel.

• 15:30
  Arrive Back at Krabi
  Arrive back at your hotel in Krabi, completing your relaxing and scenic tour.

• The tour schedule is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather or sea conditions.
• In the case of tour cancellation due to poor weather, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the tour will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour will incur a 100% cancellation fee (no refund).
• No-shows will not receive any refund.

Photography Consent

• By participating in the tour, guests agree to be photographed or filmed. These images or videos may be used for promotional purposes by the tour operator.

Liability & Insurance

• Accident insurance is included for all participants during the tour.
• The operator is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.
• The operator is not liable for delays, injuries, or accidents caused by factors beyond their control, such as weather conditions or natural disasters.

Age, Health, and Fitness

• Participants should be in good health and have a basic level of fitness to engage in water-based activities like snorkeling and kayaking.
• The tour is not recommended for pregnant women, individuals with serious medical conditions, or those with mobility issues.
