Hotel Pickup Instructions
Our service covers hotels across Phuket. Since the hotels are spread over a wide area, different charges apply. We have categorised Phuket into 3 zone and you can choose the zone under which your hotel / drop location falls.
Zone 1 - Phuket Airport to Patong - Laguna Zone - Covers hotels situated in areas of Laguna, Surin Beach, Patong, Tri Tang Beach, Cherngtalay area and Phuket Town
Zone 2- Phuket Airport to Kata- Karon Zone- Covers hotels situated in the areas of Karon - Kata stretch
Zone 3 - Phuket Airport to Mai Khao - Rawai Zone - Covers hotels situated in the areas of Mai Khao beach, Chalong Bay, Nai Harn Beach, Sirey Bay , Panwa Beach and Rawai Beach
Please note the process flow with regards to your transfer pick up from your hotel
- You select the number of adult and children for the tour and book your transfer
- We gather your email and phone contact details during the booking process
- Post your booking our customer care reaches you by email and whats app and we gather your hotel address and other details
- We communicate your approximate pick up time
- Our customer care number over whatapp supports you all the time
- Upon our pick up arrival, please present your voucher to our driver / guide to help with identification and avoiding any wrong pick ups
- You are all set for your onward trip
Itinerary
- Upon Arrival and post immigration clearances, you come out and meet our Airport Representative at the designated area
- Our Airport Rep coordinates with the Driver at the Parking Bay and calls your vehicle, which takes about 10-20 mins depending on traffic within the airport complex
- You come out and board your vehicle
- Onward transfers to your hotel in Phuket
